Staffing

All of our trained staff are encouraged to attend ongoing In-service training sessions, further education, staff meetings, and Centre Information and Social evenings. Staff appraisals are performed yearly where performance is discussed and rated, and strategies formed so that each staff member can continue to improve and develop. All our staff are First Aid trained with training in the areas of anaphylaxis and asthma management and are high quality professionals who are distributed through the Centre as follows:
